Sammi Shirazi, OD

Dr. Sammi Shirazi is a board-certified optometrist at Fifth Avenue Associates, where she provides comprehensive eye care with a particular interest in dry eye conditions and contact lenses. In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Shirazi is responsible for the education and training of clinical assistants at Fifth Avenue Associates. She also manages the optical services within the practice.

Dr. Shirazi received her doctorate from State University of New York, College of Optometry. She is passionate about eyecare and derives great joy in sharing her clinical knowledge with staff and patients alike.
